1. Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • Certain items (such as personalized, made-to-order, or final sale products) may not be eligible for return.
  • Before returning, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

 Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.

3. Exchanges

  • You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or style within 30 days of delivery.

  • Once the item is received and verified, we will ship the replacement as quickly as possible.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
  • We may request photos of the damaged/defective product to speed up the process.
  • You may choose either a replacement or a full refund.
  • In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
