2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.
3. Exchanges
- You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or style within 30 days of delivery.

- In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
